LEADERSHIP

DlaHoldings was established in 2015 with a core focus on investing in mineral resources, oil, and gas. DlaHoldings is under the leadership of Founder and Executive Director Sipho Tsotsi and Administrator Nyaniso Tsotsi.

Sipho Tsotsi

Mr. Tsotsi is the founder and Executive Director of DlaHoldings, a Director and Founder of Sikhuliso Resources, and the Chairman of Tswelopele Beneficiation Operation Pty Ltd.

He is always on the lookout for new growth opportunities in mineral resources and energy ventures.
His proficiency for developing and implementing strategies stems from a passion for supporting and developing individuals in need. In a hands-on executive capacity, his day-to-day work involves establishing partnerships with Energy and Mineral Exploration Companies and investors, and representing DlaHoldings at industry forums, investor conferences, and community consultations.

Mr. Tsotsi is an individual of high integrity who cultivates enduring relationships founded on respect and honour.

Nyaniso Tsotsi

Ms. Tsotsi has a background in Strategic Business Management, supported by academic credentials in Commerce with a specialisation in Strategic Management.

She provides efficient administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of the company’s daily functions. This involves managing comprehensive records and filing systems, communications, scheduling and organisation, and facilitating compliance and reporting functions.

Deeply passionate about volunteering at her church, assisting others, and effecting positive change, no matter how minor, Ms. Tsotsi motto is “Be a light for those who have lost the will to burn.”
